Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CAR-T Manufacturing Supervisor for the 1st shift in Raritan, NJ. You will direct daily production of a personalized cell therapy in a sterile cGMP environment, leading a Processing Manufacturing Unit and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years leading in operations in biotech, aseptic manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with Workday, SAP and MES.
