Roles and Responsibilities


- 10+ years in Software Development(Strong in C, C++, Linux/Unix, Shell scripting), Design, and Technical Leadership
- Experience in Payments Domain and ISO 8583 message processing.
- Knowledge of transaction switching, authorization, clearing, and settlement systems.
- Payment network experience (Visa, Mastercard, or Banking platforms).
- Transaction processing and financial systems knowledge.
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design scalable, high-performance, and secure application solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Analyze complex production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and support team skill development.
- Coordinate release planning, implementation activities, and post-deployment validation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
