About the Job:

Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to kickstart your career in marketing and sales? Luxuriate Management is on the lookout for an energetic and people-focused Business Development Representative
to join our growing team. This role is all about real connections, working face-to-face with customers, supporting our clients, and bringing promotions to life all in a retail environment. This position is entry-level, so no prior experience is required. We provide fully paid training and development!





What You’ll Be Doing:


- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to support exciting in-store promotions that drive brand awareness, generate new business, and boost sales for our clients
- Be the face of the brand—confidently explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Create authentic connections through friendly, in-person conversations in a retail environment
- Stay up to speed on brand and product details to deliver clear, compelling messaging
- Spot new opportunities to reach customers, grow the brand, and exceed performance goals






What We’re Looking For:


- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in marketing, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to anyone
- Self-starter with good time management and follow-through
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excited to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
