HCA Florida JFK Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist with an oncology focus to establish and lead a premier urologic oncology program within a thriving, state-of-the-art Comprehensive Cancer Center.

This is a rare founding physician opportunityideal for a surgeon who wants to shape strategy, build a service line, and create a regional destination for cancer care.

The Role

• Deliver both general urology care and advanced oncologic surgical services
• Perform procedures across prostate, bladder, kidney, and adrenal malignancies
• Participate in tumor boards, clinical program development, and innovation initiatives
• Help shape a high-growth oncology service line within a nationally recognized system

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
• Fellowship training in Urologic Oncology preferred
• Expertise in robotic and minimally invasive surgery
• Passion for collaboration, innovation, and program building
