Breast Imaging Radiologist

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Imaging Radiologist to join their team in Meridian, MS. This role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time options, including remote work opportunities. The position involves a full scope of breast imaging examinations and procedures, supported by top-end imaging equipment and a collaborative healthcare system.

Practice Info

• Work environment: Hospital Clinic/Private Practice

• After hours ED coverage provided by Ochsner employed Emergency Radiologists

• IR coverage provided by Ochsner employed Interventional Radiologists

• Top-end imaging equipment, PACS and dictation software, and IT support

• EPIC medical record platform utilized throughout the health system

Responsibilities

• Perform screening & diagnostic mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis

• Perform breast ultrasound and breast MRI

• Perform core needle biopsies and surgical localizations at Ochsner Rush and outpatient facilities

Requirements

• Degree Required MD/DO

• Board Certified/Board Eligible

• Breast Imaging Fellowship or extensive breast imaging experience required
