About this role:

As a Blood and Marrow Transplant Oncology Physician, you will join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals focused on providing exceptional patient care and enhancing patient experience. Intermountain Health is recognized for its state-of-the-art technology and expertise in treating hematologic disorders, such as blood cancers, bone marrow/stem cell transplants, and CAR T-cell therapies. Our program, accredited by the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), conducts over 150 cellular infusions annually, showcasing our commitment to innovative and high-quality patient care.

We invite you to become a vital part of our multidisciplinary team specializing in Blood and Marrow Transplantation. Here, you will collaborate with specialists in Stem Cell Transplant and Immune Effector Cell Therapy to manage both transplant and non-transplant hematologic malignancies. This role allows you to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with the support of pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and a skilled team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Academic & Research Opportunities: This position offers an investigator track for those interested in clinical research, with the chance to engage in Phase I, II, and III clinical trials. We provide grant funding to support investigator-initiated studies and academic advancement.
• This role includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.
• You will practice at Intermountain Health LDS Hospital.
• Enjoy a work schedule of 4 days a week, with 10-hour shifts (4/10s).
• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient medical care, including new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and hospital rounds.
• Participate in a shared call rotation to ensure continuous patient care.

What you'll bring:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Residency training in Hematology or Medical Oncology.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license or the ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA or the ability to secure one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process successfully.
