What You'll Do


- Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling and psychotherapy.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention.
- Coordinate patient care, referrals, and community resources.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide counseling through secure telehealth platforms.
- Travel to assigned rural service locations as needed.


What We're Looking For


- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current, unrestricted Alabama license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Clinical behavioral health experience required.
- Strong counseling, assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills.
- Telehealth experience and proficiency with secure virtual platforms.
- Experience serving rural, underserved, or medically vulnerable populations is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned service areas.


Compensation

$58,000–$80,000 annually, based on licensure, qualifications, and experience. Comprehensive Benefits Package available.
