Responsibilities include machine operation, changeovers, troubleshooting, quality checks, production documentation (SAP/MES), material handling, and maintaining safety, quality, and 5S standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet production targets.Requirements:*High School Diploma or GED*Manufacturing experience in a GMP/SOP environment*Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment*Basic computer, math, and English communication skills*Team-oriented with ability to work independently*Willingness to work overtimePreferred:*Experience with SAP, MES, inventory systems, or material-handling equipment.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
