Associate Director, Pharmacy Solutions Marketing (Oncology)

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Associate Director to lead pharmacy solutions marketing strategy for oncology therapies. The role involves designing and executing specialty pharmacy programs, optimizing patient engagement initiatives, and collaborating across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Develop and execute pharmacy channel engagement strategy and programming for oncology therapies Conduct market assessments and leverage voice of customer to inform program design Monitor KPIs and optimize program performance through analytics, benchmarking, and compliance review Partner with national and local accounts to identify gaps and support contracting efforts Ensure program development complies with regulations, legal requirements, and fair market value policies Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or related advanced degree preferred Five or more years healthcare business experience in sales, marketing, operations, or analytics Specialty pharmacy experience preferred Knowledge of healthcare access, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy channels Oncology or specialty market experience preferred
