Seeking a strategic and collaborative communications leader, the full-time Associate Director, Oncology Communications will advance the above-brand narrative across Gilead Oncology and Kite, supporting global product communications while working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities: Partner on the development and execution of the above-brand oncology narrative, ensuring consistency and impact across communications Contribute to thought leadership strategies, including executive visibility and reputation-building moments Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align and integrate communications planning within the oncology portfolio Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or master's degree and 8 years of experience, preferably in PR agency settings Significant experience in communications, public affairs, or a related field, ideally within biopharma and/or oncology Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communications plans across complex organizations Strong understanding of scientific and clinical communications with experience in narrative development Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams
