## Join Regeneron's Medical Affairs Team
At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking an Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs to engage in the exchange of scientific data and other medical information with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers (HCPs), researchers, pharmacists, and population-based decision makers. This role requires a thorough understanding of solid tumors, including cutaneous oncology, and aligns with our strategic medical plans.
• *When & Where**
- Location: Field-based covering California, Nevada, and Hawaii, with preference for candidates residing in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or San Diego areas.
- Travel: Approximately 50% of the time, including air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekends.
### What You'll Do
- Establish, foster, and maintain peer relationships with KOLs.
- Act as the primary clinical/scientific resource to HCPs for disease state and product information.
- Identify and maintain a list of relevant medical experts and develop engagement plans.
- Support evidence generation through company-sponsored trials and investigator-initiated studies (IIS).
- Identify and report medical insights, and identify gaps in research and educational needs to inform medical strategy.
- Respond to requests for information and present scientific/clinical data compliantly.
- Perform disease management and therapeutic area education with practitioners, payers, and researchers.
- Attend medical conferences to collect and report relevant scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and financial controls are maintained with integrity.
### What We're Looking For
- A terminal scientific degree (MD, Pharm. D, Ph. D, DNP, or DVM) is required.
- 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years as an Oncology Medical Science Liaison is required.
- Knowledge or experience in the Oncology therapeutic area is required; experience in cutaneous oncology is preferred.
- Established relationships with KOLs in thoracic malignancies and knowledge of institutions focused on solid tumor malignancies are preferred.
- Drug launch experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, pharma compliance, and OIG guidelines.
- Residency in the assigned territory and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
### Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $176,100.00 to $287,300.00.
