About The Job

Boston Institute of Biotechnology LLC (BIB) is a rapidly growing global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) supporting biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from early-stage development through commercial manufacturing.

With integrated biologics manufacturing capabilities across mammalian and microbial platforms, CMC, cell line development, process development, process characterization, analytical development, drug substance, and drug product manufacturing, BIB provides customers with a comprehensive “Gene-to-GMP” solution.

Our global network combines advanced biotechnology, ultra large-scale manufacturing capacity, flexible solutions, speed, quality, and cost efficiency to help our customers move innovative biologics from development to patients faster. As BIB continues its global expansion, we are looking for talented, entrepreneurial business development professionals who want to build relationships, create opportunities, win new business, and make a meaningful impact on the growth of the company.

Position Overview

- Build a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline that supports BIB/ BiBo Pharma’s long-term growth.
- Maintain accurate and timely information in Salesforce and provide sales reports and forecasts to management as required.

Sales Strategy & Account Development

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute effective European sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and introduce additional BIB services.
- Develop strategic accounts and build long-term partnerships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and position BIB/ BiBo Pharma’s capabilities and solutions accordingly.

- Identify high-value European conferences, tradeshows, partnering events, and industry meetings that can generate business opportunities.
- Represent BIB/ BiBo Pharma’s at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Arrange and conduct customer meetings before, during, and after industry events.
- Help increase brand awareness, visibility, and reputation throughout the European biopharmaceutical market.
