Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing at our Personal Care Home and Memory Care facility in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership within personal care and memory care settings, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations within the personal care home and memory care units.

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to nursing care and facility operations.

- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of resident care.

- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents, with a focus on memory care needs.

- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and safety.

- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, ensuring effective communication and resolution.

- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate clinical documentation.


Qualifications

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

- Proven experience in personal care home and memory care nursing leadership roles.

- Strong knowledge of memory care best practices and resident-centered care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
