Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Arlington, VA. The Assistant will support daily clinic operations, including welcoming patients, managing appointment scheduling, and handling phone calls and inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, assisting with intake forms, and coordinating patient flow to ensure efficient visits. The role may also involve preparing treatment rooms, supporting clinicians with non-clinical tasks, and helping with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and payment processing. The Assistant contributes to a positive, professional atmosphere by offering courteous service and clear communication to patients and colleagues.

Qualifications




- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and team members.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle scheduling, records, and multiple tasks efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
- Basic administrative and computer skills, including data entry, use of practice management or scheduling software, and handling phone and email communications.
- Customer service mindset, with attention to detail and a commitment to patient comfort, confidentiality, and care quality.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Arlington, VA, including standing, walking, and light physical activity as required to support clinic operations.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, rehabilitation, or front-desk setting is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in health, wellness, or medical administration is a plus.
