Job Description
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of industry experience in Data Science / Applied Data Science.
- Strong Machine Learning, AI, Optimization, and/or Physics-Based Modeling experience.
- Experience independently owning and delivering complex technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong collaboration with Data Science and Software Engineering teams on production systems and deployed models.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical projects to non-technical audiences.
- Proven measurable business impact, preferably in Energy, Utilities, Industrials, Logistics, or other operational domains.
