Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider position.

Open to Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
Outpatient-focused oncology practice with inpatient collaboration as needed
Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
Work closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services
Epic EMR for coordinated, connected care

Job Responsibilities: Work Details:

• Support staff: Yes

• Amount of coverage needed per month: Part-time 2-3 shifts per week, Mon -Fri

• Patients per day: 11-16

• Patient population/age: all ages

• Department description: Hematology/Oncology, total hospital size 686 beds

• EMR: EPIC

• Special procedures: Just hem/onc outpatient services
Qualifications: Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: PA or APP

• State license required: MN license
Working Hours: 5x8s - 8am to 4:30pm
Skills: experience managing patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
