About this role:
As a Nurse Practitioner providing Palliative Care services to patients in their homes, you will work with a team of health professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
· You will travel to patients home in the greater Denver Area to provide palliative care services.
· Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

What you’ll bring:
· APRN from an accredited program
· Board certification
· Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
· Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
· Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
· We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time
