Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide oncology care in a supportive, physician-led practice. We offer engaging onboarding, comprehensive training, and mentorship to ensure a smooth transition. Our practice values work-life balance with daytime hours and no weekends or holidays.
Key responsibilities include direct inpatient/outpatient oncology care, developing treatment plans, patient education, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Additional duties involve managing chemotherapy orders, off-site treatments, EMR customization, and participating in clinical projects and outreach.
Requirements:
• NP licensed in PA with a Master’s in Nursing and CPR certification, or
• PA licensed under PA State Board, NCCPA certified, with a relevant degree and CPR certification.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a passion for oncology, and team-oriented mindset.
