Administrative Support Specialist
Chesterfield, MO - Full-Time - Experience: 3–5 Years

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Financial Planners to ensure clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience. Other responsibilities may included:
- Provide administrative support to one or more Financial Planners, including calendar management, client correspondence, and meeting preparation
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans, reports, and client presentations
- Maintain and update client records in CRM software (experience with Redtail, Salesforce, or similar a plus)
- Coordinate account opening, transfers, and other operational tasks with custodians and home office
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, delivering professional and warm service at every touchpoint
- Support compliance documentation and ensure files are organized and up to date
Applicant Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a financial services, wealth management, or related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A team player who genuinely enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive workplace.
