Position Overview

In this role, you will provide internal operational support and customer service to fundraisers and donors, managing a variety of tasks with flexibility, effective communication, and a keen attention to detail – all while relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
Key Responsibilities
• Key Relationship: Reports to Senior Manager, Support Services and liaises with partner staff in various Campaign Initiatives and/or Operational Departments.
• Execute mass data entry in multiple systems (including CRMs, ticketing systems, event sites, etc.).
• Support updates and maintenance of Drupal sites, Wordpress pages, and other IT related functions.
• Provide coverage for Workplace Giving admin responsibilities during critical crunch periods.
• Process requests submitted through centralized inbound platforms (e.g., Formsite, Smartsheet) for administrative tasks.
• Update campaign reporting and communicate directly with campaign staff when necessary.
• Pull lists to assist the Engagement team with mass communication sends.
• Answer and resolve administrative tickets submitted via supportservices@lls.org.
• Perform internal operations support including matching gifts, refunds, adjustments, receipts, unsubscribes, and reimbursements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow detailed workflows to ensure secure access to banking systems.
• Develop a thorough working knowledge of assigned campaigns and functions.
• Undertake other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ years of related call center and customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with the ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are preferred but not required.
• Must pass an FCRA accredited background check.
