Acute Care Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | $5K Sign-On + PSLF
Position Highlights

About the Role
Become part of a dynamic and collaborative acute care team consisting of 10 Physical Therapists, 7 Occupational Therapists, and 5 Speech-Language Pathologists, all within a department of over 50 dedicated therapists. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, gaining hands-on experience across the ICU, Stroke Unit, Post-Surgical Unit, Oncology Floor, and other areas. Additionally, you'll benefit from strong mentorship and professional development support, along with comprehensive onboarding for those new to acute care.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Both new graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
• Detail-oriented, while maintaining a focus on holistic patient care.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with staff and patients.
• Possess a collaborative and servant-leader mindset.
