• Engage in an Acute Care role covering diverse floors and departments.
• Provide care across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU, and ICU step-down units.
• Manage an average of 10 patients daily, dedicating up to 45 minutes per patient as necessary.
• Enjoy a 4/10's work schedule, promoting work-life balance.

• A collaborative and team-oriented personality.
• Possess a servant-leader mindset.
