Join a dynamic team at a 400+ bed non-profit hospital as an Acute Care Physical Therapist. This position offers a chance to work across multiple floors and departments, providing vital care to patients in Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU, and ICU step-down units.
Key Highlights:
• New graduates are welcome; we provide mentoring and training for therapists without acute care experience.
• Average of 12 patients per day with opportunity for up to 45 minutes per patient, ensuring quality care.
• Enjoy a flexible 4/10 schedule and a generous 4.5 weeks of paid time off.
• Multiple insurance plans are offered for comprehensive healthcare coverage.
Bonuses & Incentives:
• $7,500 relocation/sign-on bonus available.
• Eligibility for PSLF loan forgiveness.
• $1,500 annual budget for continuing education units (CEUs).
