Job Description
Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest University School of Medicine is seeking a Head & Neck focused Medical Oncologist to join their faculty in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This exciting role combines clinical practice with robust opportunities for teaching and research at an NCI-Designated Cancer Center. Providers will enjoy a collaborative environment with specialty outpatient clinics, minimal inpatient responsibilities, and protected academic time.
Practice Info
• Specialty outpatient clinic setting with 2 to 3.5 days per week
• Minimal to no inpatient responsibilities
• Protected academic time for research
• APP, clinical, and ample support staff provided
• NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with a team of clinicians representing all aspects of cancer care
Responsibilities
• Engage in clinical practice focusing on Head & Neck patients
• Participate in teaching and research at the NCI-Designated Cancer Center

Requirements
• Licensed or eligible for NC medical license
• Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
• Expertise in the treatment of Head & Neck patients
