Position Highlights

• NEW Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology Physician
• Join a comprehensive, Commission on Cancer accredited cancer program
• Collaborative team including Medical, Radiation, and Surgical Oncology
• Participate in weekly tumor boards and clinical trial studies
• On-site infusion center, laboratory, and specialty pharmacy
• Strong Advanced Practice Providers, nursing, and ancillary support
• Comprehensive patient services including nutrition, social work, and financial navigation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay with income guarantee ($500k annually) plus quality bonus and RVU productivity incentives
• Comprehensive benefits package including retirement: 401(k), profit sharing plan, cash balance plan
• Paid expenses : CA Medical License, DEA, Specialty certification, Board certification dues, Specialty society dues

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Hematology & Oncology
• Possess or be eligible for California Medical license
• Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• No visa sponsorship
