Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic, growing Oncology clinic. This role will allow you to work independently while being supported by the organization.
No call, no weekends
Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm only
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, short & long-term disability, life insurance, and 401k with match and profit sharing
Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
Current, active license as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri
OCN or AOCNP preferred
-OR-
Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program
Current, active license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri

Compensation
Total compensation for this position is a combination of a competitive base salary and productivity incentives.
Base Salary: dependent on years of experience
Productivity bonus paid on a quarterly basis
Benefits

401(k) with employer match and profit sharing
160 hours of PTO annually
7 paid holidays (56 hours)
